Izumicon 2015 After Report!

What can I say, Izumicon was wonderfully AWESOME this year.  I want to first thank everyone who came by the table and picked up a fun Sweet Sheep Studio treasure!

It was wonderful to see everyone again and getting to talk to you all.  I know most of you come by to see and talk with Button Guy.  I'm usually that quiet girl drawing and managing street pass on our DS's in a corner.  But I have fun talking with those that recognize me and take the time to talk to me.  It's always invigorating to hear that you all love my artwork.  It always makes me want to do my best and create more.

Friday and Saturday was so busy!  We didn't have time to go to any of the panels, but each of us did manage to wander through the Artist Alley and the Dealers room.  While the selection in the dealers room still isn't extraordinary I found some things that I was looking for.  I picked up a few models and a neat bookmark which when I first got it I thought it would be a charm but I'm pleased with the bookmark since I read a lot of books.  Anime Pop is my favorite booth in the dealer room at every convention I go to.

I got to also talk to, and made friends with a lot of artists in the artist alley.  I had the happy pleasure of being near this year.  And next door to us was who has some really gorgeous artwork you should check it out.  I also met another comic artist she does a wonderfully entertaining comic called Lavender Legend.  I also saw and again both do awesome work as well.  I also had a lot of fun chatting with and .  I hope to see all of you again next year!

Also on Saturday I got interviewed by geek'd www.geekd.us about Night Raze!  That was super exciting!  I will link the article when it gets posted for those interested.

And on Sunday if you missed it....We helped the Sky Marshals with the Child's Play charity drive they were doing by putting a bounty on Button Guy!  Thank you everyone who contributed to the bounty by 1:30pm he officially got arrested and was made to walk the path of shame before being put in Jail.  I hope everyone there had a lot of fun cause I know Button Guy did.

We all had a blast and hope you all did too.  We hope to see you all next year hopefully at Tokyo in Tulsa as well as Izumicon.
