We were all born at the same time. Yet we all perceive time in a different way. We however are very special, so connected we are to each other that we share the same blood in every reincarnation. The first time we opened our eyes... The air was heavy with smoke and flame.  Amid the rubble lay two young children, unblemished from their surroundings.  Small gossamer wings were tucked flat against their exposed backs.  While they were not the only children with gold and fair features in the area these two stuck out as a pair.  They held close to one another in their slumber. Slowly the boy awoke first blinking dust and grime from his sight.
