The Firstmate WIP

Update: This is also going to be a WIP progress like The Captain. Mostly because the finished image will incorporate both characters on the same image. So changes I've done. I've updated the pose and her clothing. Her clothing got a serious revamp. It was needed as you can see with the original and the new beside each other. The image itself is much more balanced and the character looks much more natural.
